We can work on functional fitness, get tone weight loss, body conditioning, flexibility, increase mobility, improve balance, boxing, running and stretching. I am an Active trainer of proven methods including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), for maximum time efficiency. I can get you fit in half the time, IF you are prepared to focus and commit to each training session. I provide nutrition guidance and I will take a body composition (body fat, body water,body muscles and weight) . The price is £40 per session and payment is due weekly. I am based in Elephant and Castle but depending on your location I will accommodate training in local parks or green spaces, home addresses and gyms.
